Codenica Inventory

This document confirms a license agreement for the software indicated above has been concluded. The agreement is deemed to be concluded the moment the software is installed or used.

The following are the parties to the agreement: the Codenica Gabriel Staszak company, hereinafter referred to as the Author, and every person who has come into possession of this software in any manner, hereinafter referred to as the User.

1. The Author is the sole owner of the software, which includes copyrights to the software.

2. The Author grants a natural or legal person or institution a license to use the software in the number of computer seats determined by the purchased licenses.

3. Each license requires to be activated over the Internet on a computer where it has been installed. It is the responsibility of the User to ensure an Internet connection indispensable for the process.

4. The User undertakes not to use the software on a number of seats that is greater than the number resulting from the purchased licenses (not applicable to AUDITOR licenses), not to give up the software or any of its parts to third parties, and not to use it for other purposes than those resulting from its intended use.

A single license authorizes one to use the software at one computer seat (not applicable to AUDITOR licenses).

Each license that has become invalid or was locked ceases to authorise one to use the software.

The user undertakes to keep the license key and the activation code confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.

5. The Author disclaims any guarantees whatsoever of the correctness of the software and its fitness for any purpose and shall not be liable for any damages related to the possession, use or operation of the software, neither for errors in the software or the data attached to it. The User shall not claim any damages or any other charges from the Author and shall not undertake any other actions for any reason and the User takes on the entire risk, liability and costs resulting from the possession, use or operation of the software.

6. The User shall not modify or decompile the software or perform any actions aimed at changing the operation of the software or at a similar effect. In case the User violates the provisions of this license, the User undertakes to pay the Author a contractual penalty fee.

7. The provisions of this license do not prevent the User or the Author from having additional rights or obligations, unless they are effectively excluded in the provisions of this agreement. In the case of a dispute, the parties undertake to pursue its resolution in the form of a compromise or arbitration. The arbitrator shall be appointed by the Author, and the competent court for the Author shall be the competent court for resolving disputes.

8. Any other rights not mentioned in this document belong to the Author.
